Is The Reverse Funnel System A Scam? Read This Review

If you're in the process of the seeking a home based business to either leave your job or simply make more money, I'm willing to bet that you have become quite familiar with Ty Coughlin's Reverse Funnel System. It seems to be everywhere. If that name doesn't ring a bell, perhaps you're more familiar with the capture page with the shirtless, long haired beach bum lounging in a chair with a laptop. It's really picked up some steam over the past year or so and they've made some very bold claims as to how much money members are making. I'm sure you asked yourself if "$5,000-$10,000 per week" and "6 and 7 figure returns" were really possible. Well, it's not really a question of whether or not it is possible but if it is ORDINARY for most members. I'd like to shed some light on these claims and propose an alternative choice that may change your mind about the Reverse Funnel System.

First, let's pick apart the process and examine each piece. Everyone starts out by filling out an "application" which costs $50. Once that is finished, you are provided with all of the details on the system. You then learn that the Reverse Funnel System actually promotes another company known as Global Resorts Network. It's a travel membership club that offers discounted stays at high end resorts, and the $3,000 start up cost is ACTUALLY a fee for signing up with Global Resorts Network. So basically, you have to put your confidence in the Reverse Funnel System and decide if they are the best program to help you earn profits with Global Resorts Network.

One thing to immediately evaluate is the high costs of joining. The membership fee is $3,000 and along with that it is recommended that you also have around $2,000 to $5,000 in startup advertisement costs. PLUS, there is also a recurring monthly fee of $300. That's a bit to handle for the average person in America. If anyone does have that kind of money to risk on business ventures, they typically look at these types of opportunities as a means of INCREASING their riches, not MAKE them. So what does this mean? It means that the Reverse Funnel System is tailored for those who HAVE money. Consequently, the little guy is left out and anyone else who doesn't have as much to invest has to look elsewhere.

Furthermore, what does the suggested advertisement budget tell us? It says that advertisement determines the amount of profit; which means that people who join the Reverse Funnel System and have more to invest, make more money; assuming that the system works as it says it does.

The term "there's more than one way to skin a cat" couldn't hold more true when it comes to website advertisement. Paid advertisement is far from the only way to get visitors to your page, but it is obvious that the Reverse Funnel System favors this type. What about the free methods? These would obviously be preferable to those who don't have as much to spend, but I seem to doubt that the Reverse Funnel System pays any attention to them.

Also, what if the Reverse Funnel System is outside of your spending limits? Does that mean that the cheaper opportunities aren't as valuable? Not necessarily. Some people tend to adopt this thought process but the cost of an opportunity isn't always a determinant of how effective or profitable it is.

This brings me to my next subject. Provided you had all of the skills and training to be profitable with any business, could you do it? Theoretically, yes. You always find successful individuals with any company. This is usually because they know what they're doing, and they have experience and the knowledge. If you're new to internet marketing, unfortunately this isn't you. But it doesn't have to be that way. If you know how control internet traffic and direct it to a website of your choice, the options are truly limitless.

What am I trying to say? I'm trying to say that knowing how to properly market online allows an individual to make money regardless of what product they're selling. The skill of knowing how to leverage the internet is priceless. Go to Google and type in "home based business" then close your eyes and click a random business. The experienced marketer could turn a profit from that business. So instead of asking yourself if a certain opportunity will make you profits, instead ask if it will TEACH you to make profits. Big difference.

The only affiliate program that recognizes the importance of teaching its members how to properly market online is Derrick Harper's Wealth Funnel System. Like its competitors, it offers the opportunity to sell products that the market demands; but more importantly it provides members an abundance of lessons and materials on internet marketing. This allows the beginner to shed his rookie status in no time at all. Furthermore, it also gives access to pre written ads that have shown to be highly effective, just like the rest. The difference is that Wealth Funnel System doesn't encourage blind advertisement and ask its members to just assume that every ad will yield profits. The ads are a tool among many, but not the focus. The focus is in teaching a skill set, which is more valuable than any number of pre written "effective" ads.

This concludes my article on the Reverse Funnel System. I hope it'll be of assistance in your evaluation of Ty Coughlin's opportunity. No matter what business you decide to pursue, make sure that your success is dependent on your own efforts and not just the promises of the company.

Wishing you the best, Joe Marquez
